OK, so I’m an impulse purchaser. I admit it. But being that it’s been an exceptionally grueling 2 weeks, I felt like I needed to treat myself. So my object of desire, quickly became an object of mine. 
Thoughts? A strong resemblance to Edna, no?
I went to the Chanel Boutique on Spring Street after work, and interestingly saw Nicky Hilton buying a pair of black pumps. She was dressed in a non-descript floral print skirt, plain tank top and ballet flats – I nearly didn’t recognized her. I had to do a double take on her receipt to confirm it was her. But she was quite polite and kept a low profile, which I respected. 
That was my brush with celebdom for today.

I was in Miami in March for a MAC Heatherette Event at the Collins Ave store and Miami Funkshion. It was a crazy week, but I stayed down there for an extra day…which is where I FIRST spotted these spiffy specs:

Of course, me being a celebrity news idiot, I didn’t recognize these were the infamous “Nicole Richie” glasses. Sadly, for me, the original draw was none other than Edna, from The Incredibles. (don’t you just love where I get my fashion references from?):

Anyhoo, inspired anew by my haircut, I think I MAY be try and rock these suckas. I’m going to the Chanel store on Spring to see if they have them….
