BP Cleanse Diaries: Which cleanse to do?

My motto is always “Go hard or go home!” That’s all good & well, but when it has to do with your body and your health…I think I need to take it slow & steady.
I recently decided to take the juice fast plunge and do the Blue Print Cleanse.  I’ve never really done a 100% cleanse before, but I’ve done the raw vegan thing for a few weeks (which I loved — had so much energy and felt so awake!).
BP Cleanse offers 3 levels of cleansing that range — for all intensive purposes — Renovation (beginner), Foundation (intermediate), Excavation (hard-core).
The website says:

The main difference between the three levels corresponds to how many green juices vs. fruit juices per day. If you are new to juicing and aren’t used to as much green juice, start with Level One and gradually work your way up.

Here is a visual representation of the different levels.

FOUNDATION:

EXCAVATION:

The moral of the story: The more Green, the more hard-core!
Since I don’t lead a hopelessly toxic life…I opted to do a 3-day Foundation, followed by a 3-day Excavation Cleanse!
I’m picking up my first round of juices on Sunday afternoon…wish me luck!!! :)

  1. I love Blueprint cleanses! I do one every # months or so and have been for a few years now. I always feel more healthy after, and it does wonders for my skin and hair! Hope you enjoy!

  2. Hey Sarit! Thanks for sharing your experience with BP Cleanse!! I’ve been wanting to do it for such a long time…I’m so excited! If it goes well, I’d love to do it like you do, and maybe do it seasonally/4 times a year. :)
