After that ridiculous meal at Myung San, it’s hard to believe that my family had any room left for our actual Thanksgiving meal.
But my mom was adamant that we had to have a “normal” Thanksgiving turkey. Unbeknownst to me, I was put in charge of the turkey. (You gotta love the prep)
So, in honor of my love of all things truffle, I decided to try my hand at a Turkey with Fresh Sage & Truffle Butter.
I’d never made this before, but had a gut feeling that sage would go nicely with the rich, woodsy truffle flavor.
