In light of the new MAC Hello Kitty collection, I thought I would “kittify” my nails without actually having to put a cat on my nail. During the last visit, I found out that you can basically create ANY custom CalGel color by mixing in pigments with the Clear CalGel. I knew I DEFINITELY had pigments to burn, so I brought in an array of MAC PRO Neon Pigments to do something fun with.
Since I’m not really one for many words, here’s the process through pictures:

First, Yayoi did a black gradation:

Then she used the MAC PRO Magenta Madness Neon Pigment to create my “kitty” shade!

Then she did the gradation on top of the black….and we HAD to add some rhinestones!

my final look:
2 rhinestones on each finger, with a heart rhinestone on the thumbs and ring fnger. ![]()

I love the gradation of the color. Fabulous!

They do the gradation by hand!! kinda like a Bob Ross painting – they go over the area again and again and pat it out. It’s ingenius!!!
How much was the total? Since u did two graduations? $40 +$20 each then stones?
